At the second project meeting at Wroclaw, Poland, a design for the upcoming workshops were discussed. The importance of connecting the stakeholders within clusters became evident. The upcoming IntraMED-C2C homepage was announced.

On October 11th and 12th the second Project-Partner meeting was held at the Marshals`Office of Lower Silesian Voivodeship in Wroclaw, Poland. Results of reporting period 1 were presented by each partner. This periods` main task was the organisation of an initial workshop with the participation of all stakeholders.

On June 6th and 7th the Kick-Off Meeting was held at Bayern Innovativ GmbH in Nuremberg, Germany. Main focus was the introduction of the general framework of the project by the Lead Partner Bayern Innovativ and to get acquainted with each other.

On September 7th was held the Initial workshop in Munich, Germany with the participation of 18 top-class decision-makers of clinics, SME-s, R&D and health insurance institutions.

The last project BME EMT joined in is InTraMed-C2C. The main objective of the project obtained the subsidy of the Central Europe Programme is to work out methodology and toolkit for the innovation transfer from the clinics to the small and medium enterprises.

Several European countries came to realise that small and medium-sized enterprises ready to develop products are unaware of the innovation ideas and needs emerging in hospitals and clinics. The reaction was swift: the InTraMed-C2C project proposal, which aims to improve the access of companies to clinical innovations, received a grant of the European Union. The international project consortium has two Hungarian members.
